Servant leadership and commitment

This article presents data on the impact of servant leadership and commitment among university employees in Pakistan. The article has a quantitative research design and probability sampling technique. The population of the study n=323 includes university employees in randomly selected universities. SPSS and AMOS was used for statistical analyzing the data, Cronbach alpha test for reliability confirmed during the pilot study. Regression for statistical analysis done, and several different techniques used.
