Description

Pigment contents such as chlorophyll, carotenoid, and phycobiliproteins were evaluated and presented in this dataset. Pigment data are facilitates the extraction of valuable pigments which are utilized as natural alternatives to synthetic colorants in food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. These data encourage innovation and sustainability in commercial as well as in research sectors
