Calibration curves: the X-axis represents the nomogram-predicted probability of HSPN, and the Y-axis represents the actually observed probability. Perfect prediction would correspond to the 45-degree dotted black line. The solid red line represents the entire cohort without bias-correction, and the solid blue line is bias-corrected by bootstrapping (B=1,000 repetitions), indicating the observed nomogram performance.

Steps to reproduce
A nomogram model was established by R statistical software based on the data of 1655 HSP patients. The calibration curves were then used to evulate the performance of this predictive model for HSPN.
