Description

Alignment of single gene and concatenated sequences of RSP, FAD, STK, A2P, UBE1, MTF, and SF3B1 genes from 41 isolates of the Leishmania donovani complex. All alignment were performed in the software Mega 7.0 using the Muscle algorithm. DNA sequences were obtained by Sanger sequencing.
