Description

Here, we have provided all the data used in our study by the title of “What underlies a greater reversal in tactile temporal order judgment when the hands are crossed? A structural MRI study” “Temporal_order_judgment_Data.zip” contains the data of our tactile temporal order judgment task in two conditions of the crossed and uncrossed hand postures. Description of the data has been provided in a text file (Temporal_order_judgment_Data /Data Description.txt). “Structural_Data_FreeSurfer.zip” contains the following files: Original structural MRI file (Structural_Data_FreeSurfer /Subj?/mri/orig/001.mgz) Cortical thickness, white-gray surface and curvature files (Structural_Data_FreeSurfer /Subj?/surf/) Desikan-killiany atlas annotation files (Structural_Data_FreeSurfer /Subj?/label/) Version of the used FreeSurfer software has been mentioned in a text file (Structural_Data_FreeSurfer/ Freesurfer Version.txt). “Matlab Code.zip” contains all of the MATLAB codes used in our study. In a text file (Matlab Code/ How_To_Achieve_Figures.txt), we explained how the codes should be compiled to achieve the results presented in our study.
