Elevational patterns and thresholds of plant functional traits across China’s biomes

Description

This dataset contains species-level functional trait data for 20,774 vascular plant species across China, including leaf area, plant height, seed size, and cone size. It also includes species occurrence coordinates, elevation, and associated environmental variables (climate, soil properties, NDVI, PM₂.₅, and Aridity Index). The data were compiled from multiple public databases, published records, and herbarium sources.
