Description

This study compares the risk of exercise addiction in recreational aerobic and anaerobic exercisers. Although the two groups do not differ in the score of the risk of exercise addiction, the latter is predicted by different factors in the aerobic and anaerobic groups. The take-home message is that the form of exercise matters in the evaluation of the risk of exercise addiction.
