Tuberculosis pseudoaneurysm, which originated from TB infection or Bacilli Calmette Guerin (BCG) administration, was a very rare disease with high mortality. Whether open surgery or EVAR was the optimal surgical choice for the tuberculosis aneurysms remained unknown. However, the rarity of the disease restricted the RCT analysis and even the retrospective studies. Therefore, we reviewed all case reports of tuberculosis aneurysms in the recent 25 years to compare the therapeutic outcomes of EVAR and open surgery.
