Data for: Human epicardial adipose tissue inflammation correlates with coronary artery disease

This dataset contains seven folders representing different experimental results ( ELISA, RT-qPCR, western blot, hematoxylin-eosin staining, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence analyses) of epicardial adipose tissue and subcutaneous adipose tissue as well as clinical features of coronary artery disease and non-coronary artery disease patients. In order to protect the privacy of patients, we do not provide data related to personal information.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 (SPSS, Chicago, IL, USA), GraphPad Prism 8.0 (GraphPad Software, La Jolla, CA, USA), and Image J software 1.6.0 (National Institutes of Health).
