Description

Figure . Reversibility of Nkt knockdown on adult locomotor activity. A) Flies have increased activity when temperature is raised from 23°C to 30°C, using the TARGET temperature-sensitive expression system. Flies were reared at 23°C. B) Knockdown flies expressing GAL80ts had high nocturnal activity at 30°C but activity in the normal range when transferred to 23°C.
