The dataset was statistically analysed by the statistical program IBM SPSS. The endpoints of analysis were biochemical recurrence-free survival (bRFS), distant metastases-free survival, overall survival and toxicity. All survival data were calculated from the date of the first fraction of radiotherapy. Cumulative survival data were calculated using the Kaplan – Meier method. Univariate and multivariate analyses using the Cox regression model were performed for the total cohort of patients to determine the bRFS prognostic significance of the following factors: ISUP grade group, extracapsular extension, R status, ADT administration, volume irradiated, seminal vesicle invasion, rPSA and treatment indication.
