Description

In support of the manuscript by Bagley, Mayden, & Harris (2018), this accession provides the raw data files used in our study. Specifically, the accession contains the following five zipped archives: 1) an archive containing the full folder of files used for our PartitionFinder analysis (including input and output files); 2) an archive of NEXUS-formatted DNA sequence alignments used during our BEAST analysis (modified to contain varying patterns of mtDNA sites, shown in Table 4 of the manuscript); 3) an archive containing our Bayesian maximum clade credibility (MCC) time tree inferred from final analyses using the FBD model in BEAST (based on 5000 post-burnin trees); 4) an archive of NEXUS alignments formatted for MrBayes, and used during our MrBayes analyses; and 5) an archive of Bayesian consensus trees (gene trees) from MrBayes (corresponding to results shown in Figure 2 of the manuscript). Users are referred to the manuscript, an extensive Appendix, and supplementary files available on the journal website for additional information on how the data were generated and interpreted.
