We set up a white light co-axial off-axis digital holography system with a magnification of 40x and a numerical aperture of 0.65. In this dataset, the sample consists of red blood cells from the glaucoma patients and the healthy controls, and the media are sodium chloride solutions with the concentration of 0.7%. Digital holograms are recorded under different fields of view using a CMOS camera, with corresponding background holograms recorded for aberration correction. The exposure time for each hologram is 30000μs.
