Root Development After Using Triple Antibiotic Paste for 2 Months in Traumatized Necrotic Immature Teeth, Without The Need For Blood Clot Formation: Case Report

Description

This is a case report of traumatized, necrotic maxillary central incisors, the patient underwent regenerative endodontics treatment, after obtaining consent from the parent. Preoperative radiographs were obtained as well as after 2 months follow up after placing triple antibiotic paste inside the disinfected root canals. Root development was seen in one of the teeth after 2 months without inducing blood clot in the canals, thus CBCT was done to confirm the finding.
