Replication data for project "Develop STEAM education projects for Vietnamese preschool children based on local cultural aspect"

This dataset surveyed 754 preschool teachers across ten cities and provinces in Vietnam from 8 Apr 2022 to 15 May 2022. The surveys included eight demographic questions and 56 measurement items on four, five, and six Likert scales. The dataset includes seven main sections: (i) Demographics; (ii) Teachers' knowhow about STEAM education; (iii) Teachers' competencies; (iv) Conditions to implement STEAM projects; (v) School policies; (vi) Local culture factors integrated with STEAM projects; and (vii) Teachers' willingness to implement STEAM education. This data set primarily clarified the relationship between willingness to implement STEAM education activities for preschool children and the following factors: self-knowledge; own proficiency level; operating conditions; level of support for implementing STEAM education projects; and ability to integrate local cultural factors.
