Description

Understanding the causes of individual behaviors that change with the widespread use of digital devices and their consequences for social relationships is critical to strengthening social ties and maintaining social interactions. The present study surveyed 811 university students and explored the relationships between fear of missing out (FoMO), smartphone addiction (SPA), phubbing, and friendship satisfaction (FS), while also assessing the impact of being phubbed (BP) on these dynamics.
