Description
This is the dataset for supporting the research of 'Improvement of Drag Coefficient Calculation under Near-Neutral Conditions in Light Winds over Land'. This dataset includes: EC observation data, Gradient observation data, and Time stamp. The EC observation data file includes the observed surface friction velocity, scalar-averaged wind speed, vector-averaged wind speed, Obukhov length, turbulent kinetic energy, turbulent intensity, and TKE dissipation via the open-path eddy-covariance system during a field experimental campaign from 14 June 2017 to 28 September 2017. The Gradient observation data file includes the observed wind speed at the height of 2m, 5m, and 10m, respectively.
