Basal cytokine secretion in human breast cancer cells and non-carcinogenic breast epithelial cells – 41-cytokine MILLIPLEX assay data

Human breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, T-47D, and BT-474) and non-carcinogenic breast epithelial (MCF-10A) cells were grown for 24 and 48 hours in 1 ml of serum-free medium. Using MILIPLEX assay kit (MilliporeSigma, Cat. # HCYTOMAG-60K), we measured the levels of the following cytokines in cell culture conditioned medium: EGF, FGF-2, TGFα, PDGF-AA, PDGF-AB/BB, TNFα, TNFβ, IFN-α2, IFN-γ, CCL2, CCL3, CCL4, CCL5, CCL7, CCL11, CCL22, CXCL1, CXCL10, CX3CL1, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, IL-9, IL-10, IL-12p40, IL-12p70, IL-13, IL-15, IL-17A, IL-1RA, G-CSF, GM-CSF, FLT3L, sCD40L, VEGF-A.
