This dataset contains several sheets: "Pools": this sheet contains the name of the pool and the corresponding Sequencing data to be downloaded in SRA. Links to download the data are also provided in this sheet. "Experiments and Tags": this sheet contains the experimental design and characteristics and the ID-tags of each sample with the corresponding DNA sequence. Sequences corresponding to these ID-tags can be found in the Sequencing data in the sheet "Pools". Next sheets contains the processed data with the community data, together with the associated information of the study design. "Data OTUs: this sheet contains the OTU list and the Mock community members, as well as their DNA sequences and the total number of reads of each OTU, among other information.
