This file provides the full set of question and answer formats used for a survey on 'Payments for Ecosystem Services' that was used in 2016. The aim of the survey was to scope understandings and expectations of PES held by environmental professionals. The file was converted into an online-survey - therefore the presentation format did not display identically to this word document. The questionnaire was preceded by information about the study and the collection of informed consent, which is not provided here.
