Description

Free-breathing MR Fingerprinting acquisitions of the abdomen. One dataset is acquired with the normal ordering, the other with the motion-robust ordering, as described in the article "Free-Breathing Abdominal T1 Mapping using an Optimized MR Fingerprinting Sequence". The data acquired with the normal ordering shows artifacts caused by respiratory motion, while these artifacts are reduced by using the proposed motion-robust ordering of the acquired k-space. Because of the size of the datasets, only a single dataset is uploaded. This dataset was acquired at a resolution of 1.0 mm x 1.0 mm x 3.0 mm, as shown in Figure 9 in the paper. For the complete dataset, please contact the authors (m.h.c.vanriel-3@umcutrecht.nl).
