Description

Crude polar extract from Uromyrtus metrosideros leaves was fractionated using RP-HPLC. Absorbance data (at 254 nm) of the crude extract were extracted as "Crude extract HPLC data.csv" and plotted using R script "hplc plots.R". The purity of isolated compounds 1-6 was confirmed using analytical RP-HPLC at 254 nm (Fraction purity HPLC data) and plotted using R script "hplc plots.R" . Elemental analysis, high resolution mass spectrometry and 1D and 2D NMR experiments, namely 1H, 13C APT, 1H-13C HSQC, 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H TOCSY, 1H-1H HMBC, 1H-1H NOESY were collected and used for structure elucidation (provided in "Compound details.docx" file). Raw NMR experimental data are provided in separate folder for each compound.
