Supporting Information for fluralaner binding in GABAR
Published: 11 April 2022| Version 1 | DOI: 10.17632/tznw9cgzzb.1
Fluralaner is a novel isoxazoline insecticide with broad insect spectrum, and mainly acts on the insect GABA receptor with unique binding action. The potential binding residues were predicted by SYBYL-X 2.1 software, and verified respectively by the site-directed mutagenesis and two-electrode voltage clamp (TEVC) technique. The data include the primers used in our study, and result of electrophysiological, et,al.
