Description

The data of this study is based on Hengtai iron ore in Liaoning is taken as the research object , and an indoor model of a waste rock platform– slope with a height of 34 cm, width of 28 cm and dip angle of 33° is constructed via similarity simulation. The orthogonal test is employed to design three types of rainfall intensities (50, 100, and 150 mm/h) and three kinds of soil cover thicknesses (15, 20, and 25 cm), while incorporating natural reinforcement materials and rare earth element (REE) tracer technology. The characteristics of sediment and runoff yield on the surface/underground, as well as the spatial differentiation law of erosion and its resistance and control mechanism under varying rainfall intensities, are investigated.
