Steps to reproduce

Download raw data (values or tables) to reproduce the results in the paper. All custom codes for generating plots (Figures 1B, 1C, 2B, 2C, 2G, 3B, 3F, 3G, 3J, 3K, 4H, 5A, 5C, 5D, 6J, 6K, 7A, 7B, 7E, 7F, 7J, 7K, S1A, S1B, S2I, S3E, S6C, S7B, S7C, S7G, S7H, S7I, and S8B) used in the paper are available at GitHub repository (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22134675). To reproduce image analyses, request images to corresponding authors (jason.moffat@sickkids.ca; seonyong.lee@sickkids.ca) and run them with relevant CellProfiler pipelines (placed in "Image_analysis_pipeline" folder). To reproduce AF3 modeling and figure panels presented in Figures 5, S8, download a folder ("AF3_modeling") and visit the GitHub repository to regenerate circos plots. For Figures S10-S12, densitometric analyses of immunoblots are available on the journal webpage (Data S3. Supplementary File_Immunoblot_quantification.xlsx). For Figure S13, since the results from AF2-Multimer were over 40 GB, we did not deposit complete raw data. To data are available from the corresponding author upon request. Uncropped immunoblots were compressed because of the file size. The higher quality of immunoblots are available from the correspondence contact upon request.
