Description

To describe genetic variants in NCSTN, PSTPIP1 and HLA in patients with hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) in the Singapore Chinese population. Patients were assessed by a dermatologist to determine their Hurley staging at the point of recruitment. The remaining columns describe the SNVs and HLA genotypes of individual donors. Only SNVs that were variable in the study population were included in the spreadsheet. Certain fields were left empty if data was not available for a particular donor.
