Supporting data for “Scheme-specific MAR site identification using GIS–AHP and MODFLOW screening in the Lower Campaspe Basin (Victoria): implications for climate adaptation."
Description
This dataset accompanies the manuscript titled "Scheme-specific MAR site identification using GIS–AHP and MODFLOW screening in the Lower Campaspe Basin (Victoria): implications for climate adaptation." and provides supporting materials for the GIS–AHP multi-criteria analysis used to map Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR) suitability in the Lower Campaspe Basin, Victoria (Australia). It includes the final AHP weight matrices for both MAR schemes and representative raster outputs showing the spatial distribution of the calculated suitability index (SI) reclassified to 4 classes (Low, Medium, High and Very High).

Steps to reproduce
- Open the Excel files (InfiltrationPond_AHP.xlsx and InjectionWell_AHP.xlsx) to view the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) pairwise comparison matrices and the final normalized factor weights. - Multiply the factor weights by their corresponding reclassified raster layers (1–9 scale) and sum the results using the weighted linear combination equation: SI(x,y) = Σ [ Wi × Ri(x,y) ] - The resulting suitability index (SI) raster after classification to 4 classes: Low, Medium, High and Very High corresponds to the outputs provided in the folders InfiltrationPond/ and InjectionWell/. - View the GeoTIFF files in any GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS). - Compare suitability patterns between the two schemes to reproduce Figures and statistics in the paper.
