Description

Complete dataset associated with manuscript "Young infants exhibit robust functional antibody responses and restrained IFN-γ production to SARS-CoV-2. Goenka et al". All samples arranged by their nomenclature in the paper (infants I1-4; mothers M1-3; fathers F1-4; PCR-confirmed adult controls C1-10; pre-pandemic serum samples PP1-PP9). The folder "ELISA serum and saliva" contains original OD600nm data, and relative units for LIPS (Luciferase ImmunoPrecipitation System) assays as indicated, and corresponds to Fig. 1A-D & Fig. S1 in manuscript. The folder "Neutralisation" contains data describing percentage of SARS-CoV-2 infected cells relative to control wells containing virus only (no sera), and corresponds to Fig. 1E-F & Fig. S2. The folder "ELISpot" contains SFU/million PBMC data (after background unstimulated subtraction) and corresponds to Fig. 2A and S3A-B. The folder "Intracellular Cytokine Staining FCS files" contains original FACS acquisition data (with compensation controls) in folders per each experiment and corresponds to Fig. 2B-F and Fig. S3C-F.
