The data presented are the processing steps of the PS Insar method using the Sarproz software. The data used is Sentinel 1 radar imagery with VV polarization. Data totaling 19 pieces that meet the qualifications can be processed in Sarproz. The results of data processing show a map of land subsidence over a period of 2 years.

Steps to reproduce
Sentinel-1 image data was obtained from the international Sentinel-1 SAR image database, namely https://scihub.copernicus.eu/, free of charge. The data is then processed using the Sarproz software to produce a point cloud distribution of the subsidence that has occurred.
