Description

HL-1 rodent cardiomyocytes were infected with T. cruzi trypomastigotes of the Colombian, Y or Tulahuen strain. RNA was serially isolated post-infection for microarray analysis. Genes with signals above the threshold of 43, 48, 43, 52 at 24 and 48 hours on the T cruzi-infected (CCM model) and control conditions, respectively, were excluded leaving 11,041 and 11,000 valid gene probes for analysis. "24h_48h_ValidGenes_q_Values.xlsx" file was added containing the P-values adjusted by multiple comparisons (q-values).
