The research contains data for the self-association of pyrene-labelled single Cysteine variants of apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I). The data report apoA-I variants characterizations by guanidinium hydrochloride denaturing curves, fluorescence emission spectra of titrations on pyrene-labelled apoA-I variants, typical signals of pyrene to environmental characterization (Excimer/Monomer and P-value) for corrected spectra and deconvoluted data, and parameters describing self-association of apoA-I represented as a unique equilibrium. Mathematica script to allow deconvolution spectra is available. All the data are presented in MS Excel and the script in Mathematica Wolfram format.
