Stress-strain data of strain jump tests for Fe50Mn25Cr15Co10Nx (x=0~1.6) high entropy alloys
Description
The strain rate jump tests were conducted by changing the strain rate between 10−3s−1 and 10−2s−1 to measure the strain rate sensitivities of nitrogen-free and nitrogen containing Fe50Mn25Cr15Co10Nx (x=0~1.6) high entropy alloys. The strain rate sensitivity m was calculated based on the change of the flow stress obtained from the strain rate jump tests using the following equation, m =(∂ ln σ)/(∂ ln έ), where σ is the flow stress and έ is the strain rate. The strain rate sensitivity (SRS) increased significantly with increase of nitrogen content. Interestingly, the strain rate sensitivity (SRS) increased significantly with increase of nitrogen content.

Steps to reproduce
Tensile testing should be performed at an engineering strain rate of 10-2s-1 ~10-3s-1 at room temperature.
