This study has the potential to advance knowledge of the connection between Q angle and lower cross syndrome by illuminating the biomechanical and musculoskeletal aspects that could lead to knee and low back pain development. The results could have an impact on clinical practise, giving medical professionals new information about how to assess and treat patients with knee and low back pain and how to design tailored treatments for the lower cross syndrome-related muscle imbalances.
