Description

Supplmentary data for paper "Daily patterns in parasite processes: diel variation of fish louse transcriptomes". In this project, diel changes in gene transcription are examined for the first time in any crustacean parasite, revealing that approximately half of the Argulus foliaceus annotated transcriptome displays significant daily rhythmicity. Raw RNA sequence reads generated by this project are available in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive and can be found under BioProject PRJNA764202. Supplementary data in this project is as follows: Supplementary Data S1 = deseq2 output, Supplementary Data S2 = wang clusters output, Supplementary Table S1 = metadata, Supplementary Table S2 = eJTK output.
