This study used a pre-post intervention design to assess the impact of dialogue sessions on medical workers’ perceptions of COVID-19 vaccination in Northwest Syria (NWS). Conducted in Idleb and Aleppo, sessions were led by public health experts online, with on-site facilitation by volunteers. A purposive sampling approach ensured diverse representation across specialties, gender, and experience. Participants completed pre- and post-session surveys to evaluate changes in attitudes and engagement in Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) activities. The two-hour sessions provided a platform for discussing concerns, clarifying misinformation, and fostering evidence-based dialogue. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed to determine the intervention’s impact on vaccine acceptance and willingness to promote vaccination.
