Description

The data includes standardized psychological questionnaires: (1) State Mindfulness Scale for Physical Activity (SMSPA), (2) Sports Success Scale (SSS), and (3) Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness, Version 2 (MAIA-2), performed in the sample of 157 athletes from Poland: 54 elite athletes in speed skating (EASS) and 102 university students of physical education (USPA).
