This dataset provides responses of tissue adhesive hydrogel under monotonic, static and cyclic loading conditions and crack growth behavior of hydrogel-tissue interface in fatigue tests. Combining the above two data, the crack growth rate versus the energy release rate curve was obtained. We found that, first, the adhesion energy under monotonic loads is 580.0 ± 105.8 Jm-2; second, there is no delayed fracture under static loads; third, the fatigue threshold under cyclic loads is 24.4 Jm-2, below which no fatigue fracture occurred.
