Airline Travel Reviews Data (Skytrax)

Description

This dataset comprises a decade of airline passenger reviews (2015–2025), capturing customer experiences across four major global regions: Asia-Pacific, North America, the Middle East, and Europe. It includes over 64,000 individual reviews, providing a comprehensive view of passenger perceptions across diverse airline services and geographies. The dataset contains both structured and unstructured data. Structured attributes include key service evaluation metrics such as value for money, food and beverages, seat comfort, in-flight entertainment, and overall rating. In addition, the dataset incorporates rich unstructured textual reviews, where passengers share detailed subjective feedback on various stages and aspects of their travel experience. This combination of quantitative ratings and qualitative narratives enables in-depth analysis of customer satisfaction, sentiment, and service quality across the airline passenger journey.

Steps to reproduce

We got the basic dataset from skytract. However we altered it. Removed the date of journey, passenger name and few other irrelevant coloums.
