A Dual-Modal CT/US Kidney Phantom Model for Image-Guided Percutaneous Renal Access

In: VipIMAGE 2017 (Proceedings of the VI ECCOMAS Thematic Conference on Computational Vision and Medical Image Processing Porto, Portugal, October 18-20, 2017); Jan 2018:378-387. doi:10.1007/978-3-319-68195-5_42" Current data provide 10 phantoms, and, for each phantom, you will find the following data: - Fiducial Markers (e.g., ...\PhantomA\FMS; .fcvs files, 3D Slicer); - Images data (e.g., ...\PhantomA\IMAGES; .mha files); - Surfaces data (e.g., ...\PhantomA\MODELS; .vtk files); - Segmentation data (e.g., ...\PhantomA\SEGMENTATIONS; .seg.nrrd files, 3D Slicer). Per phantom, we also provide a slicer file (.mrb) with all data already loaded and aligned. All phantoms are distinguished by a letter. To distinguish both CT and US data, we use their acronyms in the files. We recommend "3D Slicer" (version 4.6 or later) to visualize the data. You can download it here https://download.slicer.org/. We also recommend installing the SlicerIGT extension.
