Description

The identification of surface markers CD1d, CD5, CD21, and CD19 on regulatory B cells in the spleen of C57BL/6 mice following infection with Plasmodium berghei ANKA or Plasmodium yoelii YM is crucial for understanding the immune response. This study aims to elucidate the role of these surface markers in the regulation of B cell activity during malaria infection.
