Description

These are data and data analysis programs used in the manuscript "Enhanced Spatial Resolution in Magnetic Resonance Imaging by Dynamic Nuclear Polarization at 5 K", by Hsueh-Ying Chen, C. Blake Wilson, and Robert Tycko. final_x_1p7um and final_x_2p6um are experimental MRI images with 1.7 micron and 2.6 micron isotropic resolution. They can be viewed in ImageJ, using Import/Raw with image type=32-bit signed, width=128, height=128, number of images=256. kdata1.txt and kdata4.txt are the k-space data used to generate the 1.7 micron and 2.6 micron resolution images, respectively. transform_kdata1.f95 and transform_kdata4.f95 are Fortran programs to generate images from kdata1.txt and kdata4.txt. simulate_image3.f95 is a Fortran program to fit simulated images with Gaussian point spread functions to the experimental MRI images. sphere_simulation3.f95 is a Fortran program to generate simulated images from simulated k-space data, sampled to a specified value of kmax. power_spectrum1.f95 and power_spectrum2_f95 are Fortran programs to calculate k-space power spectra in planes perpendicular to x and z, respectively, starting with either experimental or simulated images.
