Description

The data includes the structural design of QCA-based circuits. The "D Flip Flop" folder has two subfolders: one containing the QCA-based D flip-flop extension file, and the other named "QCA Designer Files," which includes the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) file of the QCA design and simulation waveform along with their JPG files. The same applies to the "D FF Based Shift Register," "JK FF Based Shift Register," and "JK Flip Flop" folders. The data also includes a comparison of the shift register with the previous structure in the file "Flip Flops" and a design analysis of the Serial In Serial Out in the file "Shift Register."

Steps to reproduce

Step 1: Design the circuit in QCA designer tool Step 2: Optimized the QCA based circuit using K Maps Step 3: Simulate the circuit using Coherence vectors Step 4: Count the QCA Cells Step 5: Check the number of Output and note down its latency Step 6: Compare the designed circuits with previous researcher circuits
