Steps to reproduce

All data were obtained from well-calibrated equipment such as XRD Diffractometer (Rigaku Ultima IV), XPS spectrometer (Scienta-Omicron), Raman spectrometer (WITec alpha 300), Sputtering (INTERCOVAMEX H2 Sputtering System), SEM Zeiss Sigma Gemini model. The synthesis of the materials was performed using well-defined protocols with high reproducibility. The reagents for the synthesis of BiVO4 were NH4VO3, Bi(NO3)3.5H2O, Butyl methyl imidazolium chloride [BMIM]Cl, ethanol, distilled water, Bi2O3, V2O5.
