Description

Couette-Taylor Bioreactors may provide better experimental control of biological floc size. These data represent a) computational fluid dyanmics (CFD) models written in COMSOL to simulate various CTBs and bubble column reactors, b) 'tidied exports from the CFD run

Steps to reproduce

CFD models can be open and run in COMSOL 4.3a. Various global parameters can be set to adjust the reactor geometries, rotation rate, and aeration rate. CFD data can be used by the analysis code available at the github repository.
