Normative reference score of fukuda step test in school going children

Description

- Persons with vestibular impairment are usually evaluated for dynamic balance using the Fukuda stepping test. To explore the normative value of Fukuda step test among school going children’s ages between 15-18 years old. - Participants was selected according to selection criteria. After all the anthropometrics students were instructed to stand at the center of a circle made by tape on the top of floor with bare foot, they must perform this test eyes open and eyes close. As the total sample was 66, we use Kolmogorov Smirnov test to check whether the data was normally distributed, as the data was not normally distributed, results were expressed in mean± SD, geometric mean, Median, Skewness, kurtosis. The normative reference score was established of the children ages between 15-18 years.
