Description
To compare the operative time, effectiveness and patient satisfaction between ball ablation and transcervical resection of the endometrium (TCRE) using a bipolar resectoscope. Primary outcome measure was operative time difference between the two groups. Secondary outcome measures were post-operative PBAC score, amenorrhea rate, post-operative pain, reintervention rate and patient satisfaction at the end of 12 months.
