Data for: Formation of adenosine from adenine and ribose under conditions of repeated wetting and drying in the presence of clay minerals

The chromatograms of LC-MSMS were used for the investigation of the yields of synthesized beta-furanose adenosine. The chromatograms of the synthesized beta-furnaose adenosine and to make the calibration curves are included in the files. And also, the chromatograms of the tandem MS to the confirm the beta-furanose adenosine are included. The spectrum of NMR is important profile to decide the formation of beta-furanose adenosine. When the peak at around 5.9 ppm appears, we decided to form beta-furanose adenosine.
