Description

This dataset contains the Matlab code (.m-files) used for the simulations in Swinnen et al., 2021 - Biogeosciences. The original 1D version of the Digibog model, on which this code is based can be found in the supplementary material of (Morris et al., 2015 - Geophysical Research Letters). The original version of the STREAM model, on which this code is based can be found on https://research.vu.nl/ws/portalfiles/portal/1936669/f12.pdf.
