Toolbox used to process zero-inflated data from passive acoustic telemetry networks. Example data and R code are provided. Functions include: The construction and comparison of one-part models, two-part models, three-part models and random forest model; Cross-validation procedures for model performance; Bootstrap procedures for model validation; Extension to mixed models; Construction of plots.

In the Rmarkdown script sufficient documentation is foreseen to analyse data. An example dataset using real data of fish migration is provided.
