Description

This is an IRB-approved research project conducted jointly by the Penn State College of Medicine and Pennsylvania State University Libraries. It was used to assess COVID-19 beliefs, including vaccine hesitancy, throughout the Pennsylvania State University multi-campus community. The survey assessed students, employees and recent graduates (spring 2020 and later) about their attitudes, behaviors, beliefs, and methods of gathering information about the COVID-19 pandemic and vaccines. The survey was conducted from October - November 2021. Included are a PDF of the survey instrument and an XML file of the de-identified raw data. Publications derived from this data include: 1.
